Tick the day off
A few habits at the bottom of each page: a walk, ten pages, no phone after ten. One tap each, and streaks that never scold.
Without a few words, the days blur into one another. Two minutes are enough to keep today, or any day you remember: a few lines, private on your device. Next year, that day comes back to you.
Five minutes a day is enough. Dogood does the remembering, sorting and adding-up for you.
Open Dogood and today is already waiting. Give the day a title, write a few lines, pick a mood. Miss a day and nothing nags you: write it tomorrow, or simply move on.
Dogood is not only for today. Open any date, yesterday or twenty years ago, and write what you remember: your first job, a wedding, a summer by the sea. Each page files itself in its year and its chapter, and your story fills in backwards.
A new job, a new city, a new love. Give a stretch of life a name and every day inside it files itself into that chapter — past days included.
Open Dogood on any date and it brings back what you wrote on that day in earlier years. Search every word, or tap a day in Lifetime to step back into it — the small details you would have forgotten are still there.
Lifetime turns each written day into a dot, coloured by how it felt. Streaks, words and whole years, at a glance — and every dot opens the page behind it.
When a year, a trip or a chapter feels complete, Dogood lays it out as a book with a cover and a closing page. Print it, or save a PDF.
Tick a habit, aim for a goal, find any word, say the day out loud when typing feels like work, and write anywhere, even without a signal.
A few habits at the bottom of each page: a walk, ten pages, no phone after ten. One tap each, and streaks that never scold.
Every word you have written, or a day, a month, a year or a trip.
Monthly, quarterly and yearly goals, long-term direction and a bucket list, with steps to tick off.
Too tired to type? Speak the day in any language and Dogood writes it down. The recording is never kept.
Dogood lives on your device, so it needs no signal. Write the trip as it happens in airplane mode, or reread the years before while the clouds go by.
Each dot is a page, coloured by how the day felt. In Dogood, every one of them opens the entry behind it.
Dogood has no server holding your journal. What you write is saved in your browser, on your device — and nowhere else.
Entries are stored in your browser’s own storage. There is no account to create and no server holding your journal.
Add a passphrase and titles, entries, chapter names, goals and image links are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. The passphrase never leaves the device — and can’t be recovered.
No ads. Usage analytics stay off unless you opt in, and even then they only count actions like “entry created” — never your words.
Export a complete backup whenever you like and restore it on another device. An encrypted journal stays encrypted in its backup.
Ana got the job in Lisbon. We celebrated with pastéis de nata on the station steps.
Illustration. With a passphrase, dates, moods and word counts are still stored unencrypted.
Choose what belongs in the book, write a cover line and a closing note, and Dogood lays out every page for you.
Dogood is a journal for one. There is nothing to perform, nobody to impress and no notifications pulling you back.
Dogood keeps working without a connection once it has cached itself, and installs to your home screen like an app.
Chapters, goals, the lifetime view and printed books grow around the writing, year after year — not instead of it.
No subscription and no account. Pay once for Plus and keep it, with everything it adds next: it belongs to your journal, not to an account, and follows it to each of your devices.
Everything you need to write a life, day by day.
Your journal on all your devices, every photo, and your years as books.
One for you, the others to give. Each person writes in their own journal, with Plus for life.

In your browser’s own database (IndexedDB), on the device you write on. Dogood has no account system and no server that stores journal entries. If you turn on sync, a copy also goes to a hidden folder of your own Google Drive.
No account. No setup. Your first entry takes a minute.
